-Max, from Two Broke Girls
Okay, so it's not the most inspirational quote I've shared with you, but it makes a good point about vision boards. Because two of my favorite t.v. comedies (Two Broke Girls and Happy Endings) have focused on vision boards in the past couple of weeks, I figured it was a good time to bring up the benefits that creating a vision board can bring.
Whether you believe that the law of attraction works in ways described by the book The Secret, or if you believe it works through optimism and goals clarification, may people have found that the law of attraction works to help them to get closer to what they want in life, and creating a vision board is an artistic way to clarify and commit to your dreams. I personally have kept vision boards, and have found them to be a great way to not only invest myself into the prospect of working toward certain long-term goals, but also as a way to keep these goals in mind and enjoy working toward them without feeling stress about it. This is a reason why many coaches and therapists recommend the practice.
If you'd like to have a little fun with your goals and dreams by creating a vision board, here is how to make the process simple and fun:
Create a Vision Board for Stress Relief

I strongly believe that if you keep on visualizing your dreams it will eventually come true. just like in the movie the The Secret.
