I agree totally what you say about having fun for relieving stress.
I found that I was being too serious about life so started to learn how to do laughter yoga. I found it so good and such a stress reliever that I started to do classes this summer in the festivals around the UK.
I remember one class where a girl of about 6 and a woman of 18 couldn’t stop laughing – they just laughed and laughed and laughed – it was such fun!
I have found that it is really hard to be serious or to worry about things when you are having fun.
