(1) Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. says:

One quick tip to simplify life comes from the teachings of cultivating presence to the moment. What is simpler than taking 5 minutes out of any day to just sit or lie down and bring awareness to one object. That can be the breath coming in and out of the body, a sensation in the body, listening to someone talking, or tasting the food you are eating.

Try it out!
