Efficiency
- I try to be as time-efficient as I can throughout the day, so I'll have more time to just enjoy my kids when I'm at home. Also, I plan ahead so that getting out the door in the morning is as conflict-free as possible. If I'm stressing over the same thing too much, I think about how I can suck the stress out of the situation, and I take action.

Walkie Talkie
- One of my favorite ways to relieve stress is to take my kids on a walk through our neighborhood after we get home for the day. We talk about our day, get some exercise, and have ended up getting to know our neighbors in the process! We can't do them every day, but we all look forward to taking those walks a few times a week.
