Take A New Perspective
- I try to look at things in a different way: find the positives, overlook the frustrating parts. And if that doesn't work, I go to the gym.

Self-Talk And Broader Viewpoint
- When I am stressed I take deep breaths, I try to think about the positive things that happened in my life. I also thing how insignificant every thing is if we consider the fact that our planet is only a little drop of grain in the middle of the infinite universe. I tell myself that we all will die someday and it's important to enjoy every moment of life as much as possible. Nothing is serious enough to rob me of some precious moments of my life. Talking to yourself in a positive manner is very important. If we learn to view life from a broader perspective, nothing will ever seem that serious, depressing and dire.

Meditation
- I use meditation to cure what ails me. When I stay in the present moment, nothing can really cause me great stress.
