Anger Management
- I have swallowed offences for decades in order to keep a 'false' peace. Led to coronary artery disease. After 3 stents I promised myself I will address issues I may have with an individual asap and confront pleasantly - if that doesn't work: FIRMLY but without raising my voice. Have practised this 3 times with great results: the stress just fell away from me. It's about setting and maintaining boundaries - for me at least.
