What Is Your Goal?

I'd like to start working out every day, or at least 5 times per week. I want to be in noticeably better shape in 8 weeks.

What Are The Steps To Get There?

I'm going to start working out at home, using my Wii. I just need to make the time to do it. I'll start with 3 times a week and work my way up from there. I'll start with 15 minute workouts and work up to longer ones. I just need to make myself get started!

Advice

  • Don't expect perfection right away. Build up from smaller goals, and reward yourself when you reach each step along the way.

How Will You Reward Your Progress?

With a new book.

How Will You Get On Track If You Stall?

I'll come back here for motivation, haha!

What Type of Support Will You Enlist?

I'll tell my kids--they'll keep me in line!
