Do You Continue to Work Toward Your New Year's Goals?
Many of us make New Year's Resolutions and lifestyle goals on January 1st, but not as many of us keep working toward them after January 6th. So, how are you coming with yours? (Or did you even make New Year's goals?) See how others answer this question, and find resources for making healthy, lasting changes if you choose.

How Does Stress Affect Your Eating Patterns?
Stress can affect our eating patterns in several ways. How does your diet change when you're under stress? Vote in the poll, and see how your answer compares to others'. (You can choose as many answer as apply.)

Sex, Money, or Relaxation?
Just for fun, think of which you would choose: less stress, more money, or more sex? Vote in the poll, and see what other people would choose. (You may be surprised...)

How Much Sleep Do You Get?
Sleep is important for stress management, productivity, and overall healthy functioning. But how many people get the recommended 7-8 hours per night? (Do you?) Tell us how many hours of sleep you generally get, and see how much everyone else is getting.

Are You An Optimist or a Pessimist? With all the proven benefits that come with a positive frame of mind, it pays to be an optimist! However, it's not always easy to look on the bright side. Which mode of thinking do favor: optimism or pessimism? Which do you think is more popular with other readers?

How Many Hours (Per Week) Do You Work? In the past, a 40-hour work week was the norm for full-time workers. Lately, though, in many fields, that figure is a thing of the past. With more and more of us working long hours, 'full time working' can mean ridiculously full work schedules, and 'part time working' can be up to 35 hours per week! So the question is, how much of your life is devoted to work? (Do you think it's more or less than average?)

Who Do You Talk To When You're Stressed? One important way to manage stress in your life is to have strong social support. Having a supportive friend or group of friends provides many stress management benefits. However, having no significant person you can talk to about stress can put you at increased risk for burnout. Do you have anyone to talk to when stressed?

Are You A Perfectionist? Perfectionism can seem like a positive trait--striving to be your best--but it can actually be crippling, adding stress to your life and actually detracting from your productivity! Do you have perfectionistic tendencies? Take the poll and tell us, and see how many others wrestle with this as well.

How Might Stress Be Affecting Your Health? Stress can affect your health in many ways, both major and minor. Sometimes stress is the sole cause of a health problem, and sometimes it's contributing factor, but it's hard to experience ongoing, significant stress without it affecting your health and wellbeing in one way or another. Do you think stress is affecting your health, and if so, how? (You may be surprised by how many people are experiencing health issues due to stress!

Do You Work With Someone Who Stresses You? We all deal with difficult people from time to time, but when a difficult person works with you (or is your boss!), it can be a recipe for daily stress. While many offices have a harmonious dynamic, office conflict is one of the stressors commonly mentioned in the stress management forum, which takes us to the question: Do you work with someone who stresses you?

How Happy Are You? While stress and happiness can peacefully co-exist, we often find that great amounts of stress in our lives tend to edge out the happiness we enjoy when we're more carefree. However, an absence of stress doesn't automatically ensure great amounts of happiness, either. And sometimes we don't realize how much less happy we are now than we once were until we ask ourselves: Am I Truly Happy?
