Lightheartedness and a fun apporach to life are important. Unfortunately, busy schedules and the stress of daily life can aften sap the fun out of our lives--and us! This worksheet is designed to help you evaluate your life and plan in some hobbies and fun, to reduce stress and keep yourself lighthearted and balanced. Below (or in your journal), make a list of the activities you've really enjoyed in your life, the hobbies you wish you could try, and the things that make you laugh:
