It's important to be true to yourself when setting proirities in your life and deciding how to spend your time. Here, I'd like you to list your top four or five priorities:
Now look at your lifestyle, and think of how you spend most of your time. Do you spend most of your time on what's most important to you? Do you waste time on things that aren't on your list (like watching t.v. shows you don't necessarily even enjoy, just for the sake of watching)?
Here, I'd like you to list a few scheduled activities you might consider cutting out of your life. It might feel like too big of a change to immediately cut out several activities, so if this is the case, just list things you might think of eliminating. (Imagine trading them for free time enjoying what's most important to you, and for improved health due to reduced stress!) Then take steps toward making your activities reflect your priorities.
