5) Do you have anyone to talk to about the things in your life that upset or stress you?

Answer B: 2 Points

It¹s good that you have someone you can count on. This can significantly reduce your stress level. It may be helpful to find a few more people to add to your circle. Having a supportive network of people you can rely on for help can reduce the stress you feel and give you resources to handle what comes. And having more than one person to count on makes it easier on that person and ensures that, even if this person is unavailable at times, you will still have support. Taking the time to nurture relationships and meet new people to grow your circle will pay off in your life.
