Being Happy 101 - One Week to a More Happy You

Being happy is a very common yet often elusive goal. While a desire to be happy is virtually universal, many people don't know what will make them happy, or they chase goals that they believe will make them happy, only to find that these goals don't, in fact, lead to lasting happiness. This one-week course will introduce you to some of the research behind happiness, help you assess your lifestyle as it relates to your happiness, and allows you to practice happiness-promoting techniques. The goal is that, by the end of four weeks, you will have a better understanding of the pursuit of happiness and be well on your way to a happier you.
