Stress and Women's Health E Course

Women today face many roles and significant stressors, many of which are different than those faced by men or even women of previous generations. This free 8-week e course can aid women in choosing the right ways to relieve stress and in making the right choices for a healthy lifestyle. Each lesson is centered around a different aspect of women's lives, and is accompanied by a discussion question for further exploration. A broad variety of topics are covered, including work, relationships, parenting and sex.
