Well, okay, I'm not saying we should replace pharmacists with stand-up comedians, but there are some real health benefits in a good laugh. Learn more about the many ways that laughter (and even smiling) can be good for you, and make a plan today to get more laughter in your life this week--and from now on. It's one of the most enjoyable things you can do for your health!
