My goal with this book was to create a resource that can be used as a textbook, a workbook, or a quick read for those who can only take a few minutes at a time with a book. From the feedback I've received so far, it looks like I've accomplished that mission. What makes this book unique is that it presents stress management information from the perspective of traditional psychology as well as through the lens of health psychology, positive psychology and coaching. This provides a framework that helps people with all types of stress and all walks of life find something that works for them.
