Yes, stress is a big thing. It disturbs your wellness and even can damage your life. It affects your surrounding too, family, friends…
I know coz my wife was so stressed. It was so many things about like work, home, me and even her life. Every single day we had at least one fight and negative atmosphere was in our bedroom too.
