This week marks the observance of Daylight Saving Time in most parts of America. This can sometimes be controversial (as you can see in this blog post on DST, or this one), but most people agree on one thing: it's nice to have the feeling of having an extra hour once a year, and we wish we had 'extra time' year-round!
While I can't give you a 25-hour day, I can help you look at your life and see where you can use your time differently, and I can give you ideas for how to make your time count the most. (It's really 'repurposing' an extra hour rather than 'finding' an extra hour in your day, but the results can be powerful either way.)
The following resources can help you to find more time on your day, and use it wisely.
