If You Could Only Do One Thing...

Recently I was asked an intriguing question: "If you could only recommend one thing for stress relief, what would your best recommendation?" It's a great question because sometimes stress management needs to be simple. Not everyone can adopt a whole new stress management game plan when they're already feeling overwhelmed, and they shouldn't have to, in order to relieve stress.

It's also a great question because not all stress relief methods are created equal. (Meditation actually does bring greater benefits than watching reruns of 'Friends', though both can bring a level of stress relief.) It helps to know about the really effective methods and adopt one of those.

That powerful question has been asked enough that it's important that you know my answer. The following article, inspired by that question, includes my answer (#1) as well as four other answers that are also top choices.

Hi, My one thing to try would definately be … take time out to really breathe. It may be a simple breathng exercise or actuallt booking a special time such as a massage or reflexology treatment, but whatever it is … breathe !
thanks
