Ever have 'one of those days'? You know, a day when thing after thing seems to go wrong, and stress gets the best of you? (Don't worry, it happens to all of us from time to time!) Last week I hadn’t even realized how stressed I actually was until I finished my presentation in one of my classes. Then I took a three hour nap, went to work, came home, went to bed and slept from 11pm-11am.
