And, fortunately, many of the steps you would normally take to maintain wellness are also steps that relieve stress--stress management is a big part of a healthy lifestyle. Taking steps toward leading a healthier lifestyle can be a form of multi-tasking, in a way; you are getting multiple benefits for your efforts!
So let April inspire you. Eat a healthy diet. Get regular exercise and quality sleep. If you are already leading a relatively healthy lifestyle, see what you can do to make it even healthier (like getting even better at managing stress); if your lifestyle isn't very healthy right now, even a few baby steps can make a difference, and can be the start of a successful 'journey' to a greater physical wellness and less stress.
