Resolve To Be Less Stressed!

While there are many worthwhile New Year's Resolutions to be made (like the ones linked here), perhaps the best resolution you can make for your health and wellbeing is to get a handle on stress! This is because stress can affect your life in so many ways. It can cause and exacerbate health issues, can contribute to anxiety depression, and affect your quality of life.

Fortunately, there are many ways to tackle stress. You can work on eliminating stressors in your lifestyle, find quick ways to reverse your stress response in the moment (which can help combat the damaging effects of chronic stress), and take on habits that can help you be less reactive and more resilient in the face of stress. Or you can take on a combination of all three.
