Ready To Rock The New Year?
I'll admit that I'm a resolution-maker, or rather, a goal-setter. I don't do resolutions in the traditional way (try to make a new change with no buildup, and then lose interest or give up after the first slip-up); I've tried that approach, and have found a much better way. (Yes, I'll share it with you here!)
I bring this up because one of my big resolutions this year is to create more ongoing support for change for those who seek to make stress relief part of their lifestyle and not just something to learn about in theory. (And that's most of us, isn't it?) Making lasting change can be tricky, and without a plan and some support, most people find it too easy to let life get in the way of their goals. So I'll be helping with more e courses, bigger groups of articles, and more ways to get connected with this site.
