We all face crises in our lives at one time or another. They can come out of nowhere and cause significant stress. While we can't prevent most of these things from occurring, we can strive to be prepared to deal with them in a way that reduces stress, and to teach our kids to do the same. Everyone undergoes crisis at one point in his or her life. The thing is we really have to know how to be happy in the midst of this.
