How Do You Handle A Difficult Co-Worker?

Monday February 25, 2008
Most of us have encountered difficult co-workers at one job or another. Gossip, back-stabbing, tedious monologues, unsolicited advice and other obnoxious behaviors seem to run rampant in many workplaces. How do you handle difficult co-workers? One reader asks advice on this in the forum, so feel free to stop by and offer your best advice, or check out my suggestions on conflict resolution and dealing with a difficult co-worker.

Note: You don't need to be a forum member to read posts; you can view everything as a guest. However, membership has its perks: you can read several posts to a page, create a member profile and more. Either way, stop by and check out the forum!
