It's Not Too Late To Live A Better Life!

Friday February 2, 2007
Now that we've had a full month of 2007, many people have made some great strides toward a healthier, less stressed lifestyle. However, many people with good intentions for the new year have found their resolutions too difficult to maintain. If this includes you, don't beat yourself up! Lifestyle changes are difficult to take on for the long term, especially the way many people approach the new year: expecting to immediately behave differently, and feeling that they have failed after a few slip-ups. The good news is, it really ISN'T too late. You can approach each new month as a time of inspiration to make a new change in your life. Considering that it takes roughly three weeks to cement a new habit, this allows enough time to take on a healthy new habit each month!
