Reducing the Stress of the Holiday Party Scene

While attending and throwing parties can be a great way to connect to others and blow off steam, the party schedule of the holiday season is often overwhelming and can actually cause stress! Yes, whether your schedule is overloaded with several social engagements that need to fit around your already-busy schedule and your holiday shopping, wrapping, card-sending, etc., or if you're plannig on throwing a party of your own, holiday parties can carry added stress that parties during the rest of the year don't always have.
