Monday October 30, 2006
Sometimes it's easier to make healthy changes when we have someone helping us through them. Because of this, you may be happy to hear that there's a free online course you can take through this site that will help you learn more about the effects of stress and find tools, resources and support in living a healthier lifestyle that includes less stress! This free, ten-week e-course will help you examine the role of stress your life, and learn stress management techniques to transform your life from a source of stress to a source of joy and vitality. Each week, you'll receive information, resources and commentary from me, your Guide, as well as discussion questions to ponder in the forum and in your journal, and a worksheet to help you create goals and track your progress. Lessons will focus on stress relievers, health, relationship skills, and other topics that can enable you to make small changes that will yield big results. (Join on your own, and use the forum for support, or have a friend go through the process with you so you can give and receive even more support from each other.) Starting today you can learn about stress management in a structured, easy format!
