Weekly Poll: How Much "Me Time" Do You Get?

With our busy lives, it's easy to find that, after fitting all responsibilities into your schedule, there's little time left over for hobbies, exercise, "down time", or even enough sleep--the "me time" activities that really help manage stress! So this week's question is:How Much "Me Time" Do You Get?
- Plenty. I get enough exercise and sleep, and even have time for the hobbies and relaxation and social activities that keep me sane.
- Almost enough. I'd like to have more time for hobbies or relaxation, but at least I'm able to get my basic self care needs met, i.e I get enough sleep and exercise.
- Not enough. I don't have time for hobbies and exercise, rarely have down time, and don't always get enough sleep.
- Too little by far! I can't remember the last time I did something for myself.
