Learn Affirmations The Fun Way!

Positive affirmations, if repeated regularly, can help you get into a more positive frame of mind, helping you subtly reprogram your subconscious mind to feel more relaxed, believe in yourself more, and handle stressful situations more effectively. And here's a fun way to learn some positive affirmations: The Affirmations Hangman Game! Guess letters until each affirmation is revealed, then write them down and repeat them to yourself, meditate on them, or write them on post-its and leave them on your bathroom mirror. Have fun with it!
