Avoiding Mental AND Physical Clutter

Friday April 7, 2006
Just as physical clutter can add stress to your life and chip away at your sense of peace, mental clutter can cause you unnecessary stress! According to Holistic Healing expert Phylameana lila Désy, there are three causes of mental clutter: avoidance, procrastination, and indecision, and they can contribute to many hours of mental anguish. She says," My best advice is to avoid avoidance at all costs. Take action and do whatever it is that you have been intending to do but never get around to it because it isn't the most pleasant task to attend to. You will feel so much better having put it behind you." Learn how to cull all types of clutter in your life, and have a more simple, stress-free life!
