Stress Management? It's Child's Play!

Along with the joy, laughter and special times, children can bring frustration and stress into your life. One way to combat this stress is to remember to play with and have fun with your kids as much as possible. (Remember, pre-schoolers typically laugh up to 400 times per day, while adults laugh an average of 17 times! Letting some of the mirth rub off on you can be to your advantage.) Another way to relieve parenting stress is to have good parenting tools and techniques at your disposal. Here are some more ways to relieve parental stress and enjoy life with children to the fullest!
